1. Bamboo Technology Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") respects and protects the copyrights of others. When using the "Here Hear: 3D Virtual Therapist YangYang" application (hereinafter referred to as "Here Hear App"), users shall not upload, download, or repost audio data, music or other content that Infringes upon the copyrights of others without appropriate authorization. If a rights holder reports to the Company that a user is suspected of infringing upon his/her copyright, the Company will implement the Copyright Protection Measures in accordance with the relevant provisions of Chapter 6, Section 1 of the Copyright Law. If the Company determines that a user has been involved in alleged infringements three times, the Company may terminate all or part of the user’s access to the Here Hear App without prior notice.
